Electrical Assemblers Wanted! \n Full-time, Temporary to Permanent Employment. \n Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:30am till 5pm \n Hourly Pay Rate: Starting at £13.00 \n We have multiple vacancies available for local candidates based in Southampton. \n Job Overview: \n Working on routine and repetitive production / manufacturing tasks, at various workstations, completing work orders to customer specifications. A lot of the time you will be working on small component parts which will require a steady hand, dexterity, and extremely good hand-eye coordination. \n Responsibilities \n\n • Assembling electrical components and systems.\n, • Interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions accurately.\n, • Conducting basic testing and troubleshooting of assembled units to ensure functionality.\n, • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace to adhere to safety standards.\n, • Assisting in the realisation of mechanical assemblies as required.\n, • Ensuring all work complies with company quality and safety policies.\n\n Relevant Experience: \n\n • Proven experience in electrical assembly, or production, or manufacturing.\n, • Proficiency with small component assembly, manual dexterity tasks etc.\n, • Soldering and hand / power tool experience.\n, • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.\n, • Prior employment in a similar role that is workshop based.\n, • Must live in the Greater Southampton area.\n, • Able to work a full-time permanent position.\n, • Fluent English (written and verbal).\n\n Benefits: \n\n • Casual dress.\n, • Company events.\n, • Company pension.\n, • Employee mentoring programme.\n, • Free parking.\n, • Health & wellbeing programme.\n, • On-site parking.\n, • Private medical insurance.\n, • Transport links.\n\n All CVs will be reviewed, online registrations and right to work checks will need to be completed as part of the application and interview process. \n
