We’re looking for talented, enthusiastic and focused people to join our Customer Happiness Team to work directly with our customers. In other words, our Customer Happiness Advisors are the wonderful people who answer calls and respond to customer emails. They go above and beyond to take care of our Angels—anticipating their needs, solving problems, and making sure every experience is seamless. Their goal is to remove the guesswork from enjoying great wine, so our customers can simply sit back and savour every sip. It’s not easy work - you need to be confident, calm and resilient. Working remotely or in our UK head office in central Norwich, you should expect to spend most of your time: • Answering calls and emails to help our customers make the most of their accounts, helping them track their deliveries and learn about our crowd-funded wines and winemakers, • We genuinely care about our customers (and each other), so an honest and empathic approach is a must, • We're an award-winning team, so you'll need to be dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and ready to go the extra mile for our customers, • Have fun whilst doing a fantastic job! What are the hours? This is a full time position, so you’ll typically be working 37.5 hours per week, spread over 5 days and you'll have 2 consecutive days off. We’re open 7 days a week, 9am-5.30pm - being able to work both Saturday and Sunday every weekend is vital. When would I start? We're looking for people who can join us on Monday 22nd September or potentially on the Monday 6th October 2025. • This is a temporary contract ending in December 2025 so we need people who thrive in a demanding environment and pick things up quickly.
