A Head Chef that’s going to take control of my Kitchen Full Time 18-20£ PH Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the day-to-day kitchen operation, • Develop and maintain an exciting, high-quality food menu, • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control, • Manage food preparation and service to a high standard, • Recruit, train, and motivate kitchen team members, • Create and maintain effective kitchen systems and procedures, • Manage food ordering, stock levels, and supplier relationships, • Monitor food costs, wastage, and kitchen budgets, • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations, • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen, • Work closely with the bar and management teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience, • Lead by example and remain hands-on during busy services About You • Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or senior kitchen leader, • Strong experience in a busy restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment, • Passionate about food and committed to delivering consistently high standards, • Confident menu planning and development skills, • Strong leadership and team management abilities, • Good understanding of food costs, GP, and kitchen operations, • Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, • Organised, reliable, and able to work well under pressure, • A hands-on approach and positive attitude, • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality What We Offer • The opportunity to take full ownership of a kitchen operation, • Creative freedom and input into the food offering, • A supportive and passionate team, • Competitive salary, • Staff benefits and discounts, • Opportunities for career development
