As the team lead of AppSec Tooling, you’ll oversee software that helps catalogue and prioritise vulnerability data, leveraging AI where possible to create performance multipliers. Our team currently consists of 4 Security Developers with interdisciplinary support from QA, product, program, and other areas of the business. We build and upgrade workflows in two major products—an Application Security Posture Management tool and a Cybersecurity Toolbox, used by internal employees to help track and manage vulnerabilities. What you’ll do • The AppSec Tooling Manager will own and maintain the stability and scaling of our platforms., • You’ll be responsible for managing day to day operations for the team and partnering with stakeholders to translate needs into prioritized roadmap items., • This a leadership role requiring strong technical expertise in software development lifecycles and DevSecOps best practices.
