You report to the General Manager and your key areas of responsibility include: Your Missions: • Management of a team of 8 people., • Management of team plannings / Guarantor of the monthly People Cost., • Responsible for the quality of cocktails, monitoring of customer comments, guarantor of compliance with recipe sheets., • Participation in the creation of new recipes in collaboration with the Beverage Group Manager., • Responsible for the Food Cost on the beverage part., • Carrying out inventories., • Management of order placement and their proper execution., • Training and supporting the team on a daily basis. An understanding of food and beverage menu items, including wine, spirits, and cocktails, is desired. Prepare project schedule, monitor progress, and ensure each project is completed within agreed timeline and budget.
