Role: Conversational Voice Talent
Location: Remote
Rate: £25 per hour
About the Project
We're looking for an intelligent individual to join a new audio + video recording project for internal AI research and model training purposes. The recordings will consist of natural, engaging conversations across a wide range of topics and scenarios.
The selected candidate will engage in a series of conversations. During the calls you must be warm, insightful, charismatic, and easy to talk to. The conversations will involve responding thoughtful discussions in a natural and authentic way.

Aloe Studios London is a start up recording studio based in Bermondsey, collecting audio and video recordings to train AI models.
About you:
We're seeking someone who can embody:
- A warm, friendly, and approachable personality
- Quick-thinking and comfortable improvising
- Naturally conversational with strong listening skills
- Witty, engaging, and charismatic
While warmth and relatability are essential, we're envisioning someone with a mature presence who can convincingly portray a charismatic and charming individual.
Essential Requirements:
- Native British English or American English speaker (or equal proficiency)
- Strong improvisational and conversational skills
- Comfortable discussing a broad range of topics
- Must be available ASAP to complete recordings.
The recordings will be used solely for internal research and model training purposes. The participant's voice and likeness will be used to train an internal AI model and will not be released publicly or used for commercial advertising or external-facing products.
