As a People Relations Advisor, you’ll: · Provide expert advice and guidance on a broad range of employee relations matters. · Manage a varied caseload including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance, and other people-related cases. · Partner with managers and leaders to support effective people management and decision-making. · Influence and challenge stakeholders to ensure consistent application of policy and best practice. · Support the delivery of the People Relations strategy and contribute to wider People & Culture initiatives. · Analyse case trends and people data to identify opportunities for improvement and proactive interventions. · Develop strong relationships across the business to understand operational challenges and provide practical HR solutions. · Deliver guidance, coaching and training to managers to enhance their people management capability. · Support policy reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of people processes and documentation. · Collaborate with colleagues across People & Culture to ensure a consistent and high-quality service. Who we’re looking for: We're interested in hearing from HR professionals who have: · Significant experience in a People Relations or Employee Relations focused role. · Experience managing employee relations matters closely, supporting managers remotely and in the meeting and being fully involved in the case. · Strong case management experience within a large, complex or multi-site organisation. · Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. · Experience advising and influencing managers at all levels. · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. · Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities. · The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. · Experience producing high-quality HR documentation and correspondence. · Strong organisational and administrative skills. · CIPD qualification (full or part qualified) or equivalent experience.
