I am seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join a growing business based in Poole.
You will oversee all areas of marketing, from strategy and campaign planning through to content creation, digital marketing, communications, and brand development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all key elements of marketing within the business including social media, blogs, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.
- Develop promotional materials such as brochures, advertisements, website content, and social media posts.
- Oversee brand management to maintain a consistent brand image and message, ensuring all content reflects the company's brand voice and values.
- Plan and manage a content calendar across multiple platforms, creating engaging content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a marketing role with a broad understanding of marketing activities
- Experience managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Strong content creation and communication skills
- A creative and proactive approach with the ability to work independently

Salary would be DOE for this role.
This is a Monday to Friday schedule onsite in Poole.
