Role Summary, 

We are seeking a proactive HR Recruitment Assistant to drive talent acquisition for our care homes. You will act as our primary outbound liaison, actively approaching external companies, care home managers, HR professionals, and liaison officers to build recruitment pipelines. This role focuses heavily on networking, relationship building, and sourcing specialized talent in the healthcare and residential care sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sourcing: Cold-approach potential talent, agencies, and partner organizations.
Stakeholder Liaison: Connect directly with care home managers and internal HR.
Relationship Management: Build networks with industry liaison officers and employment companies.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial vetting to ensure alignment with care standards.
Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all outreach and communication.
Required Qualifications
Industry Experience: Background in healthcare, social care, or agency recruitment.
Communication Skills: Exceptional phone, email, and professional networking abilities.
Drive & Resilience: Comfortable making cold approaches and persistent follow-ups.
Tech Literacy: Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and CV databases.
