- Clean and service guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to hotel standards.
- Change bed linen and towels, replenish guest amenities, and restock supplies.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, polish, and sanitise all assigned areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or health and safety concerns promptly.
- Ensure all rooms are prepared for arriving guests within required timeframes.
- Follow hygiene procedures at all times.
- Handle guest property with care and report any lost property in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and according to manufacturer instructions.
- Work collaboratively with reception and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain housekeeping storage areas in a clean, organised, and safe condition.
- Support deep cleaning programmes and additional housekeeping duties as required.
