Barista Supervisor - Netscafe - London

Join Netscafe, a friendly and bustling coffee shop at Petts Wood Station. We're looking for an enthusiastic Barista who is passionate about crafting excellent coffee and delivering a warm, welcoming experience to our valued customers, many of whom are daily regulars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide array of high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages.
• Accurately process customer orders and manage transactions using the till.
• Maintain a sparkling clean, organised, and fully stocked workspace.
• Provide friendly and efficient service, particularly during busy commuter periods.
• Handle light food preparation and catering duties, including pastries and sandwiches.
• Adhere strictly to all food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Assist with stock control and managing deliveries as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous barista or hospitality experience is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided.
• A positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• The ability to thrive and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during rush hours.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential, given the need for early starts to serve station traffic.
