Experienced Barista Wanted – New Coffee Shop Opening July 2026
We are excited to be opening a brand-new independent coffee shop in Otford, Sevenoaks this July and are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join our team.
We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available for the right candidate.
About the Role:
As one of the first members of our team, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience and helping establish our coffee shop as a local favourite.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working as a Barista
- Confident in producing high-quality espresso-based drinks
- Skilled in latte art
- Experience preparing a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffees, teas, and cold drinks
- Creating attractive latte art
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Helping create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
