We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager / Supervisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of our bar operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our patrons. Key responsibilities include: • Managing and motivating bar staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews., • Overseeing daily bar service, ensuring high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction., • Implementing and maintaining robust inventory control procedures, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste management., • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations., • Handling cash and managing daily financial reconciliations., • Developing and updating drink menus, potentially introducing new and exciting offerings., • Providing excellent customer service and promptly addressing any guest feedback.
