We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager / Supervisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of our bar operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our patrons.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and motivating bar staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
Overseeing daily bar service, ensuring high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Implementing and maintaining robust inventory control procedures, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste management.
Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Handling cash and managing daily financial reconciliations.
Developing and updating drink menus, potentially introducing new and exciting offerings.
Providing excellent customer service and promptly addressing any guest feedback.

We are looking for a candidate with:

Proven experience in a Bar Manager or Supervisor role.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of beverages, mixology, and bar service best practices.
