Key Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality men's manicure services in line with Truefitt & Hill standards., • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming client experience., • Maintain a clean, professional, and organised workspace., • Work collaboratively with the wider barbershop and retail team. About You • Proven experience providing gentlemen's manicures (essential)., • Ideally 3+ years' experience within the beauty, grooming, barbering or retail sector., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • A strong commitment to customer service and attention to detail., • Well-organised with effective time management skills., • Comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury retail environment., • A positive team player with a professional appearance and attitude.
