NES Fircroft is recruiting on behalf of a leading international Oil & Gas operator delivering a major multi-billion-dollar energy development programme based in France. We are seeking an experienced Head of HR Data & Campaigns to lead HR data governance, workforce reporting, and strategic HR planning initiatives across a complex and rapidly evolving organisation. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data while supporting critical business decisions through insightful reporting, workforce analysis, and the delivery of key HR campaigns . The successful candidate will lead a team of HR data specialists and act as the central point of expertise for HR analytics, organisational reporting, workforce planning, and HR systems management within a multicultural project environmen t.
