About the Role: The Marketing Specialist EMEA will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products in the market. Responsible for developing and executing the EMEA marketing strategies to promote our products effectively. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical, sales, and HQ product team to ensure alignment and coherence across all marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: Campaign Coordination & Market Intelligence • Drive the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive product adoption., • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and materials., • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to inform strategy. Customer Loyalty & Engagement • Design, implement, and optimize customer loyalty programs across EMEA., • Drive retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value through structured initiatives., • Manage reward programs, promotions, and incentive mechanics., • Monitor performance and continuously improve based on KPIs and insights. Events, Trade Shows & Market Activation • Lead the planning and execution of trade shows, congresses, and product launches in the designated region., • Ensure strong brand visibility and best-in-class execution., • Coordinate logistics, materials, and stakeholder alignment., • Support local teams to maximize event impact. Marketing coordination for the UK & Ireland (subject to change) • Advertising plan, creation as well as local/regional execution and implementation., • Sales tools translations., • Marketing assets translations., • Trade show management and logistical support., • General sales support. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field., • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment., • Bilingual English, other languages a plus., • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally., • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights., • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)., • Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus., • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines., • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities., • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines., • A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Location: This position can be based in Paris, Madrid or in the UK.
