As Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy, multi‑year roadmap, and commercial success of LEM’s Automation (including robotics) and Datacenter portfolio. You will drive growth, profitability, and key customer wins, combining strong technical understanding, business insight and cross‑functional leadership to ensure successful market adoption and long‑term portfolio sustainability. What success looks like in 12-18 months : A funded, clearly articulated portfolio strategy with priority products on track to launch. Stronger pricing and positioning improve win rates and margins, supported by a consistent voice‑of‑customer with OEMs and Tier‑1s. Key Areas of Responsibility Product Strategy & Market analysis • Define a clear product vision and lead the annual 5‑year strategy cycle, • Build and prioritize multi‑year roadmaps based on market trends, customer needs, competitive positioning, and ROI, • Identify growth opportunities and innovation areas within power electronics Automation, robotics and datacenter markets, conducting in‑depth market and competitive analysis, • Translate customer pain points, regulations, and applications into strong value propositions and product requirements Product Development & Lifecycle Management • Lead the full product lifecycle, from concept and business case through development, launch, and end‑of‑life, • Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and deliver competitive, high‑quality solutions on time Go‑to‑Market & Business Performance • Support go‑to‑market activities, including positioning, pricing, and launch readiness, • Own portfolio financial performance (revenue, margins, profitability) and forecasts This position requires a strong ability to lead complex cross‑functional product launches, aligning multiple functions and senior stakeholders while driving execution and product management excellence.
