Leads a global Business Capability Community formed by SMEs. Specifically, you are accountable for: /ph3Responsibilities /h3ullibProcess Design Strategy: /b Developing and deploying the DOP roadmap for myBuy, in alignment with functional partners like DIA Global Supply Chain and RSS Demand to Pay. /lilibAutomation Innovation: /b Proactively identifying opportunities for process automation and digitalisation in close collaboration with Delivery, Category, Digital Process Management, and RSS Demand to Pay. /lilibSME Analysis Governance: /b Acting as a deep subject matter expert to analyse, elaborate options, and design solutions that resolve process, system, performance indicator, or data concerns, while supporting data and rule definitions. /lilibTransformation Project Delegation: /b Serving as a responsible delegate on major corporate initiatives (such as the ASPIRE program) to support global template adoption and evaluate localised change impacts. /lilibContinuous Improvement: /b Leading continuous improvement initiatives, managing global requirement alignment, and partnering with fellow BCLs and Business Capability Owners to optimise end‑to‑end cross‑functional performance. /lilibCommunity ARTS Representation: /b Leading the Business Capability Community of SMEs and representing DOP in communities and Agile Release Trains (ARTs). /lilibKnowledge Management: /b Governing the development, structural maintenance, and delivery of global system process documentation and training materials. /lilibConflict Exposure: /b Resolving matrix conflicts regarding competing project priorities or process expectations, while delivering high‑frequency monthly or quarterly KPI updates to the CoE LT and DPLT. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ullibEducation: /b University degree with a business or life sciences focus is required; a Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) and professional certifications (such as CIPS) are highly preferred. /lilibExperience: /b Deep expert knowledge of procurement systems and enterprise architectures (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, GEP Smart / GEP Nexxe), coupled with a robust understanding of the broader procurement technology provider landscape. /lilibProcess Expertise: /b Extensive experience in the design, management, and continuous improvement of complex business processes, with distinct experience operating within the Demand‑to‑Pay landscape. /lilibAI Digitalisation: /b Advanced knowledge in AI application and a strong affinity to explore AI‑driven solutions broadly, particularly regarding the digital transformation of operations. /lilibChange Stakeholder Management: /b Proven track record of guiding stakeholder groups, managing escalations, navigating communication lines, and leading cross‑functional project teams without direct headcount authority. /lilibMindset Soft Skills: /b Self‑organised, motivated professional with a solution‑oriented "Can-Do" attitude and an end‑to‑end business perspective.
