We are looking for a Launch Specialist to support the launch of Xiromed’s EU portfolio pipeline. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing launch activities across multiple markets, ensuring that each launch is technically prepared, aligned with business goals, and delivered on time. You will play a key role in maximizing launch value and margin across our markets: Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Iceland, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Poland. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead new launch projects and strategic initiatives linked to new commercial opportunities. /li liLead dose dispense projects across Europe and help define the best strategy for hospital and retail launches. /li liCoordinate cross‑functional activities with Business Development, Supply, Logistics, Regulatory, Design, Commercial, IP, Pharmacovigilance, and QA/QC. /li liWork closely with commercial teams to ensure prioritization is up to date and business needs are clearly understood. /li liHelp define the best launch strategy for each product, including pricing and market access considerations. /li liIdentify risks, opportunities, and process improvement areas, while exploring new sectors and growth opportunities. /li liCollaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate launch activities and ensure all requirements are completed on time for product supply. /li liLead portfolio optimization activities, including pack size optimization, COGs reduction, manufacturing improvements, and logistics improvements. /li liMaintain and regularly update the overall launch plan, reporting progress and status to relevant stakeholders. /li liMaintain databases in SAP, IBP, and CRM. /li liEnsure MMDD maintenance for serialization purposes. /li liCollaborate with all involved functions to ensure launches are produced according to information approved by Health Authorities. /li liFor products with aRMMs, ensure distribution is completed effectively before launch. /li liAlign with Logistics and QA to ensure appropriate transport conditions are in place and that required agreements and audits are completed. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. /li liPrevious experience in pharmaceutical launches, project coordination, or cross‑functional roles within the pharma industry. /li liExperience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in product launches, project management, supply, regulatory, quality, or related cross‑functional environments. /li liStrong understanding of launch planning and cross‑functional coordination in a regulated environment. /li liKnowledge of GxP/GMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements. /li liExperience working with internal and external stakeholders across different markets. /li liFamiliarity with pricing, market access, supply chain, logistics, and commercial launch strategy will be considered a strong plus. /li liExperience with SAP, IBP, CRM, and Excel. /li liStrong project management and coordination skills. /li liAbility to identify risks, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities at the same time. /li liStructured way of working, with strong attention to detail and execution. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liProfessional level of English, both written and spoken. /li liAbility to work effectively in an international and cross‑functional environment. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liFlexible working hours. /li liLearning and development opportunities. /li liA key role with high visibility and real business impact. /li liThe opportunity to contribute to the launch of medicines that improve patients’ access to treatment. /li /ul pAt Xiromed, we are committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone is treated with respect and given equal opportunities.
