As a Senior Test Engineer, you will play a key role in validating the performance, safety and reliability of our high‑voltage battery systems. You’ll design and execute advanced test plans, analyze data, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to turn engineering concepts into proven, high‑performing energy solutions. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liPlan, execute and analyze validation tests to ensure our high‑voltage battery systems meet the highest standards of performance, safety and reliability. /li liDevelop and maintain Design Verification Plans (DVPs), linking system requirements to test activities and ensuring complete coverage throughout the validation process. /li liSet up and operate test benches and measurement systems — including battery cyclers, climatic chambers, vibration and shock rigs, EMC and abuse test setups. /li liUse tools like CANalyzer, CANoe, PCAN Explorer, Python, Concerto or vSignalyzer to collect, process and interpret test data. /li liCollaborate with design, systems, hardware and software engineers to identify issues, propose solutions and verify design improvements. /li liApply and adapt testing standards and safety regulations from automotive, motorsport, aerospace and defense industries. /li liContribute to continuous improvement by refining test methodologies, introducing automation or data management tools, and supporting the development of new test infrastructure. /li liAct as a technical reference within the Testing team, guiding and supporting junior engineers in developing their testing skills and ensuring consistent, high‑quality validation practices. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 h3Education Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience. /li li5+ years in testing or validation of HV systems, ideally in automotive, motorsport or aerospace. /li liExperience with vibration and shock testing, accelerometers and data acquisition systems. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liExperience in test planning, DVP creation and validation of HV battery systems or similar. /li liProficiency with CAN tools (CANalyzer, CANoe, PCAN) and data analysis (Python, Concerto, vSignalyzer). /li liHands‑on use of HV test equipment: battery cyclers, climatic chambers, vibration, EMC, abuse testing. /li liKnowledge of testing standards (ISO 26262, UN 38.3, ECE R100 or equivalent). /li liFamiliarity with automation, data management and continuous improvement in testing processes. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liAdvanced proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written). /li /ul h3Why Join BOLD /h3 ul liHigh‑growth, multicultural environment: be part of a fast‑scaling company driving innovation in advanced electrification. /li liFlexible compensation: private health insurance with reduced cost for employees and family; subsidised canteen. /li liFlexible work schedule and up to 5 remote days per month. /li liMonthly Town Hall. /li /ul pBOLD is an equal‑opportunity employer.
