In this role, you will ensure continuous improvement of machinery assembly performance by applying bLean Manufacturing /b standards and acting as a change agent to promote bLean Six Sigma /b methodologies across the organization. /p pYou will work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Operations and Quality, helping translate technical solutions into efficient, standardized assembly practices that improve performance, reliability, and delivery. /p h3As bAssembly Process Engineer /b, you will: /h3 ul libDrive continuous improvement /b of existing machine features to enhance performance, durability and reliability—aligned with cost, timing, quality standards, technical requirements and defined KPIs. /li libDesign dedicated assembly tooling /b to improve efficiency, quality, ergonomics and repeatability. /li libLead and participate in kick‑off and closing meetings /b for assembly projects, collecting and analyzing end‑to‑end assembly process data to identify improvements. /li libTransfer technical information /b from the Engineering department to all stakeholders involved in assembly activities, ensuring clarity and alignment. /li libConvert production know‑how into standards /b (Standard Work): procedures, rules, norms, and best practices. /li libEnsure correct configuration /b of devices, machines, and groups, minimizing inventory obsolescence. /li libHandle department‑related administrative activities /b (e.g., quotations, purchase requests). /li /ul h3What You Need to Be Successful /h3 ul liEngineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or equivalent). /li lib5–6+ years /b of experience in a similar role. /li liProven experience as a bProcess Engineer /b in a manufacturing environment applying Lean principles and methodologies (e.g., production BOM, lean cell design, standard work definition, 5S). /li liKnowledge of b3D CAD /b software (SolidWorks and Composer). /li liStrong analytical capability to collect, structure and interpret data to define improvement strategies. /li liProficiency with bMS Office /b tools (Word, Excel). /li liKnowledge of bSAP /b. /li liGood command of bEnglish and Spanish /b. /li liAvailability to btravel worldwide /b when required. /li liAbility to manage multiple and complex processes with accuracy and attention to detail. /li liTeam‑oriented, results‑driven and comfortable working with deadlines. /li liInnovative, proactive approach and strong understanding of customer needs. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
