We offer a diverse, multinational workplace where operational insights directly influence our work, and you will work on some of the most advanced terminal automation initiatives across a global port network. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the development and deployment of Yard Crane automation solutions, including system interfaces, remote‑control technologies, and user terminal requirements. /liliOwn and support products throughout their lifecycle, from value proposition and roadmap development to deployment and continuous improvement. /liliManage relationships with OEM partners and translate operational requirements into technical product specifications and performance criteria. /liliPartner with cross‑functional teams to define integrated solutions, prioritize product requirements, and deliver business value across terminals. /liliDrive product integrity, testing, deployment success, and product maturity while ensuring alignment with operational objectives. /liliEnsure compliance with safety standards, support safety cases, and collaborate closely with Functional Safety and Global Safety teams. /liliGather and prioritize user feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously enhance product performance across its lifecycle. /li /ulh3What We Are Looking For /h3ulliContinuous improvement mindset: A thoughtful improvement mindset, curiosity about how work gets done, and motivation to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time. /liliLeadership expectation: Consistently puts customers first, leads by example with respect for people, delivers results with integrity, and drives continuous improvement by solving problems at the root, developing people, and raising standards each day. /liliMinimum 8 years of experience in product, program, or project management within technology, automation, logistics, transportation, or industrial environments. /liliStrong understanding of port equipment, automated systems, industrial controls, and operational technology environments. /liliDemonstrated knowledge of equipment safety, business case development, finance, and contract management. /liliDegree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent technical expertise gained through relevant industry experience. /liliExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across multicultural teams and external partners. /li /ulpMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace and embraces different styles of thinking.
