ph3Job Description /h3pAn opportunity for a Training Devices Project Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the Transport Mission Training Aids (TASTS3) Team, which is responsible to lead the execution on time, on cost, on quality of all the tasks related to the definition, purchase, development, validation, acceptance, qualification and delivery to the customer of LTA and MRTT simulators. /ph3Responsibilities /h3pThe jobholder will be responsible for the definition, development and delivery of LTA and MRTT simulators to our customers. The jobholder will also support communications with the Customer, Internal Organizations and Suppliers, including discussions related to the definition of the contractual obligations to be delivered to the Customer as well as the definition of the contractual documents with suppliers. These activities also include the Data Package (DP) and Software Package (SWP), Parts Equipment (PE) and Spares definition, purchase and delivery. The jobholder ensures the provision of deliverables from all the Stakeholders OTOCOQ. The jobholder has full responsibility for the delivery of the final product to the Customers ensuring the proper identification and control of Risks and Opportunities and guarantees accurate reporting of key performance indicators.brIn addition, the jobholder prepares technical offers and provides the associated cost to Programme Representatives. The jobholder monitors and drumbeats the activities to ensure that the project is being carried out within the expected performance indicators and customer’s requirements. The jobholder also facilitates the liaison between all the Airbus areas involved in the project, suppliers and end‑customer. The activities associated with the position take place within an international framework. Outputs include Technical/Logistic/Management requirements documents, cost calculations and control, plans/directives, schedules, statement of work documents, risk mitigation plans, project status reports, KPIs definition and support to offers to Customers.
