We are not looking for someone who spends months analysing the market from behind a desk. We are looking for someone who is continuously in the field, building relationships, visiting properties, speaking with owners and finding opportunities before they reach the wider market. /p pA key expectation is that you can identify and present approximately bten strong acquisition opportunities every week /b. /p pThese opportunities may include: /p ul liFincas with substantial land and renovation or rental potential. /li liAffordable apartments with attractive long-term rental yields. /li liHouses and village properties that are undervalued or require repositioning. /li liUrban plots with development potential. /li liAgricultural land or strategically located land with long-term value potential. /li liOff-market properties, urgent sales, inheritances and properties owned by international sellers. /li liPortfolios or individual assets that can be acquired below their long-term value. /li /ul pOur investment strategy combines recurring rental income, long-term portfolio appreciation and selective value creation through renovation, improved management or eventual resale. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 pYou will: /p ul liBuild and manage a continuous pipeline of investment opportunities. /li liProactively source on-market and off-market properties. /li liDevelop relationships with local estate agents, property owners, lawyers, notaries, banks, contractors and other relevant parties. /li liVisit properties and assess their commercial potential. /li liPrepare concise and practical investment proposals. /li liNegotiate purchase prices and commercial terms. /li liCoordinate due diligence with legal, technical and financial advisers. /li liSupport transactions from initial introduction through to signing and completion. /li liHelp establish and manage our local office. /li liReceive property owners, agents and business partners at the office. /li liRepresent Young Real Estate Investments throughout the Marina Alta region. /li liSupport the rental, renovation and ongoing management strategy for acquired properties. /li liBuild a reliable local network of contractors, property managers and service providers. /li /ul h3Our Local Office /h3 pWe intend to open an office in one of the smaller towns in the region, potentially in or around Orba. /p pThe office will be used to: /p ul liMeet property owners and local partners. /li liReceive investment opportunities. /li liNegotiate and sign agreements. /li liCoordinate acquisitions and property-related activities. /li liEstablish a visible and trusted long-term presence in the region. /li /ul pThe exact location will be selected based on accessibility, local deal flow and strategic value. /p pBecause this is a highly local and field-based role, it is important that the successful candidate lives in, or is willing to relocate to, the wider Marina Alta region. Living near bDénia /b, Orba or another well-connected nearby town would be particularly suitable. /p h3Who We Are Looking For /h3 pWe are looking for someone who is: /p ul liEnergetic, ambitious and highly driven. /li liCommercially sharp and confident in negotiations. /li liAction-oriented and comfortable working independently. /li liPersistent and able to create opportunities rather than wait for them. /li liWell connected locally, or capable of building a strong network quickly. /li liComfortable spending significant time visiting properties and meeting people. /li liPractical, entrepreneurial and hands-on. /li liAble to distinguish a genuine investment opportunity from an attractively presented but overpriced property. /li liFocused on results, speed and execution. /li liReliable and capable of representing an international investment company professionally. /li /ul pReal estate experience is important. Experience in property acquisition, brokerage, development, investment, renovation or property management would be highly relevant. /p pHowever, experience alone is not sufficient. We place even greater importance on mentality, energy and execution. We are looking for someone who rolls up their sleeves, takes ownership and consistently brings opportunities to the table. /p pFluency in Spanish and English is important.
