You will take architectural designs and translate them into robust, scalable, and automated implementations, ensuring they perform reliably in real‑world environments. /p pThis role is ideal for a senior engineer who wants to shape how endpoints are experienced, contribute to AI‑enabled workplace evolution, and grow into a key technical influencer within the Digital Workplace ecosystem. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liEngineer and operate advanced Intune and endpoint solutions aligned with architectural standards. /li liDrive automation‑first practices that improve reliability, security, and user experience. /li liAct as a senior technical partner to Workplace Architects, validating designs through hands‑on engineering. /li liPlay an active role in the adoption of AI‑powered capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot, across the Digital Workplace. /li /ul h3Endpoint Engineering Advanced Scenarios /h3 ul liImplement and optimize advanced Intune configurations designed by Workplace Architects. /li liEngineer complex endpoint scenarios such as: ul liWindows Autopilot and lifecycle management. /li liAdvanced compliance and configuration profiles. /li /ul /li liEnsure solutions are secure, supportable, and operationally efficient at scale. /li /ul h3Automation Engineering Excellence /h3 ul liDesign and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and modern tooling. /li liReduce manual operational effort through proactive remediations, automated deployments and updates, and standardized and repeatable engineering patterns. /li liContribute to CI/CD‑style approaches for endpoint configurations and application delivery. /li /ul h3Security, Compliance Analytics /h3 ul liImplement endpoint security controls in alignment with security and architecture teams. /li liSupport compliance reporting and posture management using Intune and Endpoint Analytics. /li liUse data and telemetry to identify improvements in performance, reliability, and user experience. /li /ul h3Collaboration with Workplace Architects /h3 ul liWork side‑by‑side with Digital / Modern Workplace Architects to: ul liTranslate architecture into executable engineering solutions. /li liProvide feedback on feasibility, scalability, and operational impact. /li liValidate and refine designs through real‑world implementation. /li /ul /li liAct as a bridge between architecture and operations, ensuring designs succeed in production. /li /ul h3AI Copilot Enablement /h3 ul liSupport the technical enablement of Microsoft Copilot across endpoints. /li liContribute to AI‑assisted endpoint operations. /li liPartner with architects and product teams to explore how AI can enhance endpoint management, security, and user productivity. /li /ul pThis role offers a clear path to becoming a key technical contributor in the future AI‑powered workplace, with opportunities to influence how Copilot and intelligent tooling are operationalized at scale. /p h3What You Bring /h3 ul li6–8 years of experience in Endpoint Management / Modern Workplace (Intune, MECM, M365). /li liAdvanced PowerShell scripting for automation and remediation. /li liMicrosoft Graph API experience for large‑scale endpoint operations. /li liExperience with Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint Analytics, and compliance tooling. /li liEngineering integration between Intune and adjacent platforms. /li liStrong collaboration and technical communication skills. /li /ul pDuPont is an equal opportunity employer.
