As an Executive Assistant, you will perform a variety of high-level administrative tasks and support our company’s senior‑level managers. Responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. /p pThe ideal candidate should be well‑organized, have great time‑management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members. /p h3Position Responsibilities /h3 pThe successful candidate will be enthusiastic, confident, and have a flexible approach to work. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
