ppArea Subarea: Human Resources / Compensation and Benefits /p pHierarchical dependency: Payroll and HR Operations Manager /p h3Objective /h3 pTo ensure the effective and compliant management of personnel administration, payroll, and labor relations processes across a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees distributed nationwide across different ITP Aero locations, providing high-quality support to employees and stakeholders while ensuring adherence to labor legislation and collective agreements, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR operations. /p h3Functions and Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage all personnel administration activities, including hires, terminations, contract amendments, internal movements, and maintenance of employee documentation. /li liPrepare and manage payroll, social security contributions, and related calculations (income tax, settlements, and termination payments), applying different collective bargaining agreements and ensuring compliance with labor legislation for a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees distributed nationwide across different ITP Aero locations, covered by different Collective Agreements. /li liManage labor‑related procedures and relationships with official authorities (Social Security, Employment Services, and other public bodies), as well as the use of labor administration tools and platforms. /li liProvide guidance and support to employees on employment, contractual, and compensation‑related matters, ensuring the accuracy and quality of HR data within HR systems. /li liManage technical labor relations activities, including participation in collective bargaining processes, interpretation and application of collective agreements, and coordination of employee representative elections. /li liAnalyze and manage HR processes, including retirement processes, preparation of reports and KPIs, and coordination of HR projects and internal initiatives. /li /ul h3Required Profile /h3 ul liMinimum of 5 years of experience in personnel administration and payroll management within complex and high‑volume environments. /li liStrong knowledge of labor legislation and social security regulations. /li liAdvanced experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. /li liStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer‑service orientation. /li liProactive, autonomous, and able to thrive in dynamic environments. /li liBachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Law, Human Resources, Labor Sciences, or a related field. /li liHigh level of English, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment. /li liCompetencies: Teamwork, Customer Orientation, Results Orientation, Proactive, autonomous and able to drive in dynamic environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
