Experteer Overview As Plant Manager, you are accountable for the site’s operational and financial performance, leading safely and efficiently to ensure high quality, reliable delivery, and ongoing improvement. You will guide a cross-functional leadership team in a global industrial setting and drive transformation initiatives to optimize cost, throughput, and working capital. You’ll build strong customer relationships while representing the plant to internal and external stakeholders. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead plant operations with full Pu0026L responsibility • Achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives • Manage budgets, costs, inventories, and working capital • Ensure stable product launches and disciplined change management (APQP) • Develop, lead, and retain a high-performing leadership team • Maintain strong customer relationships and represent the plant internally and externally Responsabilidades • University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or Business (MBA preferred) • Min. 7 years of manufacturing experience, incl. 3+ years in a senior leadership role • Ability to negotiate and maintain relationships with works councils • Ability to drive transformation programs • Strong background in operations, cost management, and team leadership • Spanish (native or fluent) and English (advanced, C1) • Hands-on, structured leader with a strong safety and performance mindset • Motivation letter must be attached Requisitos principales •
