Experteer Overview As Plant Manager, you are accountable for the site’s operational and financial performance, leading safely and efficiently to ensure high quality, reliable delivery, and ongoing improvement. You will guide a cross-functional leadership team in a global industrial setting and drive transformation initiatives to optimize cost, throughput, and working capital. You’ll build strong customer relationships while representing the plant to internal and external stakeholders.
