Our pod is built around partnership, feedback, and empowerment – where every member contributes beyond reporting lines, ensuring a holistic approach to People strategy for one of the most innovative game teams in the industry: /p h3Talent People Strategy /h3 ul liPartner with MGO leadership and the Director PBP to define and deliver the People strategy that enables business growth and player success /li liEnsure strategies align with Scopely’s global talent philosophy while addressing the unique needs of the MGO team /li /ul h3Thought Partnership Coaching /h3 ul liAct as a trusted advisor to leaders, constructively challenging assumptions and helping them navigate complexity and ambiguity with clarity /li liProvide coaching to managers and employees on leadership, development, performance, and navigating complex challenges while fostering a culture of ongoing feedback growth /li /ul h3Talent Management Development /h3 ul liDrive core talent management initiatives: succession planning, career development, performance calibration, and leadership development /li /ul h3Change Management Org Design /h3 ul liSupport leaders and teams through transformation and rapid growth, ensuring change strategies and communications are transparent and aligned with Scopely’s values. /li /ul h3Employee Relations Compliance /h3 ul liPartner with the central ER/Legal team to manage sensitive employee situations with empathy, professionalism, and compliance /li /ul h3Team Collaboration Leadership /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with other PBPs and COEs globally, ensuring alignment and consistency across initiatives and comfort with working with global clients /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liStrong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into actionable People initiatives. /li liExtensive experience partnering with senior leaders, ideally in a global, matrixed environment /li liProven success in organizational design, talent management, and leading change. /li liComfortable operating in ambiguity and driving progress in fast‑paced, complex environments. /li liSkilled at balancing strategic thinking with swift, high‑quality execution. /li liExperienced in working with diverse, global stakeholders and navigating cultural nuances. /li liExcellent coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution capabilities with a data‑driven approach. /li liFluent in English, with deep knowledge of Spanish labor law and employee relations practices. /li /ul h3Bonus Points /h3 ul liSpanish language skills highly preferred /li /ul pEmployment at Scopely is based solely on a person's merit and qualifications.
