Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead strategic procurement for Ingredients across Europe, shaping category plans that align with portfolio goals, innovation, and sustainability targets. You will collaborate with Ru0026amp;D, Operations, and supply chain to drive value, risk management, and supplier partnerships. You’ll steer negotiations, governance, and cost performance while advancing pep+ and sustainability initiatives. This is a cross-functional leadership position with impact on the region’s procurement strategy and supplier network. You will work with global peers to share best practices and lift Europe’s category performance. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Develop and execute multi-year category sourcing strategies for Nuts, Snack u0026 Nutrition ingredients in Europe • Lead commercial negotiations and RFPs to achieve productivity and cash flow targets • Own annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts for category spend and cash flow • Drive productivity, transformation pipelines, and alignment with Ru0026D, Ops, and Supply Chain • Manage supplier relationships and performance to enable innovation and cost efficiency • Implement and monitor category risk management and business continuity planning • Stay informed on market developments and translate insights into sourcing strategies • Ensure governance, compliance, and audit readiness through global control standards • Deliver pep+ targets and supplier sustainability plans in partnership with cross-functional teams • Represent Europe in the Global Nuts Procurement Council and collaborate with global peers Responsabilidades • Strong procurement experience (min 6 years) in CPG ingredients or direct procurement • Ability to translate market insights into category strategies • Financial acumen for forecasting and AOPs, pricing • Analytical capability to assess markets, risks, and opportunities • Understanding of sourcing, supplier management, and cost structures • Proven project management and cross-functional change leadership • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional alignment • Learning agility, external orientation, and enterprise mindset • Experience within PepsiCo Procurement or related Global Procurement models • Knowledge of governance standards and sustainability in procurement Requisitos principales •
