Experteer Overview Senior Technical Analyst at WiseEnergy advancing the performance and reliability of a global solar PV portfolio. You will supervise technical operations, liaise with Ou0026amp;M contractors and clients, and drive data-driven improvements to maximize asset value. You’ll ensure regulatory and contractual compliance while promoting operational excellence across sites. This role combines hands-on analysis with strategic input to support WiseEnergy’s sustainable energy mission. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Supervise and analyse daily technical and operational performance of solar PV plants, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement • Detect, investigate, resolve, and prevent incidents to optimise plant availability and performance ratios • Support portfolio supervision and contribute to technical analysis and strategic decision-making alongside senior stakeholders • Manage Ou0026M contractor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and high service delivery standards • Act as the main technical interface with clients, providing expert insights and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships • Coordinate Ou0026M handovers, site visits, punch lists, and technical documentation to ensure quality and timely execution • Prepare and deliver high-quality technical performance reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights • Support compliance with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs), insurers, and relevant regulatory authorities • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and overall asset performance • Lead team activities, including workload planning, team meetings, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment • Mentor, train, and support junior analysts, promoting knowledge sharing, best practices, and professional development Responsabilidades • Master's degree in Engineering or a relevant science discipline • Minimum of 6 years' experience in the solar PV sector, ideally within a developer, asset management company, or engineering consultancy • Solid background in managing PV portfolios, performance analysis, and root cause identification of site issues • Proven experience handling Ou0026M handovers and claims with manufacturers (modules, inverters, etc.) • Demonstrated ability to lead high-level meetings with clients and stakeholders • Experience working in international environments is an advantage • Proficiency in English (mandatory). Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian is advantageous • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
