ph3MISSION /h3 pMaximum responsible for conducting and leading the execution readiness process by collecting, analysing and shaping the operations strategies with his/her team to ensure the operations readiness and handing over to the Head of Construction Manager and BOP Manager (when applicable) in charge of the project for execution phase /p h3TASKS /h3 ul liCoordinate all the departments that are consider as primary activities in the value chain(Planning, Logistics MM, IC, Concrete Towers and BOP when applicable) /li liManage, execute and ensure the Execution Readiness process /li liEnsure the coordination, management and follow up all the way from plant/supplier to site of the Execution Readiness tasks /li liIdentify deviations from the Budget and Project schedule in time and cost and work on alternative solutions. /li liEnsure that there are project resources on time in terms of tooling, cranes and human resources /li liEnsure that all materials (main components and direct supplies) are defined, manufactured and supplied on time /li liEnsure contract elaboration (TCI, BOP, CT, Logistics, etc), purchase requisitions and purchase orders on time, according to project requirements and without any grey zones /li liDeploy and handover the customer and internal project requirements and relevant topics to the Project Team involved in the Execution Phase /li liProvide backoffice support to the project during site execution phase /li liReport and support the Project Manager on any additional requirement regarding the operations /li liImprove existing processes of the department and creation of new processes that may be useful for the compan /li liSupport and participate in the transversal programs defined by the company, such as: Cost OfEnergy, Continuous Improvement, lessons learned, Strategies Optimization, etc. /li /ul h3PROFILE /h3 ul liBachelor´s degree in Engineering or related discipline. Other degrees will be considered proving an extensive experience in the wind industry (5 to 7 years) /li liComplementary Training: Master in Project Management and/or PMP certification /li liDemonstrated ability to successfully complete large-scale projects, managing multidisciplinary teams /li liCommitted, communicative and proactive person. Able to work in an indoor or outdoor environment /li liOrganizational, strong leadership and planning skills.
