Our team of 4,500 people is united by a shared purpose: driving a zero‑carbon future by delivering clean, affordable energy for everyone. /p h3Overview /h3 pAs part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Technical Asset Manager to join our Asset Management team, supporting renewable energy assets across Southern Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical asset management of a portfolio of wind, solar and battery storage projects, acting as the key point of contact between asset owners and internal stakeholders. You will help maximise asset performance, ensure contractual compliance and deliver an excellent service to our clients. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the main point of contact between renewable energy park owners and internal stakeholders across the Technical, Finance and Commercial teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment. /li liMonitor contractual obligations for both renewable energy park owner entities and RES under Asset Management agreements. /li liManage insurance claims and claims related to construction defects under contractual warranties. /li liPropose and oversee the operational financial budget of park owner entities. /li liPrepare plant operational reports and ensure their timely delivery to clients. /li liSupport the Business Development team by identifying commercial opportunities, promoting RES services and providing recommendations to asset owners. /li liApply Asset Management procedures, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote a strong Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) culture. /li liConduct site inspections and audits involving clients, suppliers, subcontractors and authorities. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEngineering degree or Master’s in a general Engineering or Renewable Energy field. /li liAdvanced business and industry knowledge. /li liAdvanced technical, analytical and IT skills. /li liFluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken. /li liStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. /li liAbility to manage complexity, make decisions and work autonomously. /li liOrganised, pragmatic and solution‑oriented approach with strong team spirit. /li liBasic knowledge of French (preferred). /li liCommercial awareness and the ability to identify new business opportunities. /li liA proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach. /li liStrong interpersonal skills when working with clients and external partners. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liLong‑term career opportunities within a global company and a growing industry. /li liCompetitive salary, in line with the applicable collective agreement and commensurate with your experience and qualifications. /li liFlexible working hours to support work‑life balance. /li liHybrid/Remote working. /li liFree childcare facilities for employees. /li liSubsidised meals. /li liPrivate health insurance with preferential conditions. /li liThe expected salary range for this position is initially between €38,000 and €43,000 gross per year, although this may be adjusted depending on the successful candidate's experience, knowledge and overall suitability for the role. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity /h3 pAt RES, we value differences because we know they make our company a great place to work.
