pulliPrimary Location: ES - Madrid - C/Alfonso XII /li /ul h3Job Description /h3 h3Scope of Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. /li liProvides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. /li liPosition has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project. /li /ul h3Commercial Governance and Communication Protocols /h3 ul liLead the Change Control process and coordinate weekly commercial meetings with our client, as well as ad-hoc meetings with our client contractors. Valuation and Milestone Planning. /li liDefine and agree on the valuation schedule with the GC, within the given contractual framework. /li liReview and validate milestone-based payment schedules for our client specialist contractors, agreed during procurement and by contract (e.g., refrigeration, racking, oxygen systems). /li /ul h3Change Management and Instructions /h3 ul liReview and agree on the cost and time impact of all Change Orders with the GC, specialist contractors, the DF, and our client. /li liMaintain and regularly update a Change Control Register for all contracts, including anticipated changes and contra charges. /li /ul h3Monthly Valuations /h3 ul liConduct monthly valuations of completed works for the GC package. /li liReview and validate milestone achievements for specialist contractors for compliance. /li /ul h3On Site Requirements /h3 ul liSite Supervision: Lead and coordinate daily construction operations, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. /li liResource Management: Manage materials, equipment, and workforce effectively to optimize efficiency and minimize costs. /li liRegulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities adhere to local and state regulations, as well as company safety policies. /li liEffective Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving issues. /li liProgress Monitoring: Track project progress and provide regular status reports to ensure timelines are met. /li liQuality Control: Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure all work meets required standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical Architecture, Building Engineer or related qualifications. /li liWorking proficiency in English/Spanish. /li li3 to 4 years on site experience required. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pAt AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
