Then this role is definitely for you! /p h3QA Specialist /h3 pAs the QA Specialist at our Massanes factory, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our quality assurance and food safety systems, ensuring compliance with both local and corporate standards. You will report locally to the Plant Manager and functionally to the QA Manager at our Headquarters in the Netherlands. This is a full-time, on-site position offering autonomy and professional growth. With a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer trust, we produce tailor-made ingredient blends for food manufacturers around the world. Our Massanes site, opened four years ago, is a growing and dynamic part of our international operations, and we are looking for a QA Specialist to help us take it to the next level. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of food safety and quality systems (HACCP, FSSC 22000, etc.) at the Massanes site. /li liCollaborate closely with all departments (Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Maintenance) to ensure QA principles are integrated throughout daily operations. /li liWork daily hand in hand with the QC team and product technologists in daily operations and decision-making processes to ensure product quality and consistency. /li liPlan and perform internal audits and hygiene inspections in the factory, ensuring timely follow-up on corrective and preventive actions. /li liCoordinate and support in our external certifications and customer audits, including FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher, and Organic/BIO standards. /li liMaintain and update QA documentation, such as procedures, work instructions, and records. /li liMonitor and analyze quality and food safety data, reporting findings and trends to headquarters. /li liAct as the main contact for suppliers and customers on quality-related topics, including complaint handling and product inquiries. /li liProvide training and guidance to employees on hygiene, quality, and food safety practices to strengthen the site’s quality culture. /li liBring 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, ideally within the food manufacturing industry. /li liHave a solid understanding of food safety management systems (HACCP, ISO/FSSC 22000, BRC, or similar). /li liHold a degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific/technical field. /li liBring strong QA experience in the food industry, even if you don’t hold a formal degree. /li liWork independently while collaborating closely with the QA team at headquarters. /li liCommunicate fluently in English, both spoken and written. /li /ul h3What can you expect from us? /h3 ul liA unique opportunity to be part of a growing company and directly contribute to the development and professionalization of our Massanes site. /li liA key role in strengthening and optimizing our QA systems as we continue to expand. /li liAn international working environment that values trust, quality, and continuous improvement. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
