Experteer Overview In this role you will help ensure transparent, efficient processes and ISO 9001 compliance within a lean, IT‑driven organization. You’ll integrate internal audit with process management to drive continuous improvement and stronger governance across Europe, Mexico, and Thailand. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to translate norms into practical guidance and measurable improvements. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Plan, conduct, and document internal audits across commercial, compliance, and quality domains • Perform structured process walkthroughs and evidence‑based reviews to identify risks and inefficiencies • Create and maintain end‑to‑end process models and documentation • Develop understanding of the process documentation tool and provide internal guidance • Track audit findings, non‑conformities, and improvement actions with transparency • Support ISO 9001 audit preparation and translate requirements into practical guidance • Evaluate potential improvements to process documentation tooling based on business needs • Prepare clear audit, process, and improvement reports for GRC and management, and define KPIs Responsabilidades • Degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, or comparable • Several years of hands‑on internal audit experience (planning, execution, follow‑up) • Proven track record in identifying control weaknesses and driving resolutions • Experience auditing operational or commercial processes (not purely financial) • Exposure to structured control environments and governance setups • Independent work style and ability to engage senior stakeholders • Fluency in English and German (B2 or higher) Requisitos principales • Remote work: 80-100% • Structured onboarding with e-learning • Tailored tech setup (Dell devices, remote package) • Flexible working hours • On-site team events and culture initiatives • Kununu Top Company since 2022, strong team culture
