ph3Revenue Management Analyst /h3 pDesign and implement the Pack, Price and Promotion Strategy across the different channels, with the objective of maximizing PepsiCo’s Net Revenue Profitability. /p h3Overview /h3 pThis role sits at the intersection of consumer commercial strategy, and financial performance, ensuring the right value propositions reach the right consumers, through the right channels, at the right price and in the right formats, while balancing profitability, competitiveness, and customer needs. /p pThis role must have close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category teams to drive sustainable growth through data‑driven decision‑making. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and recommend Pack Price strategies across brands and different sub‑channels, grounded in insights and performance analysis. /li liLead Promotional strategy definition and implementation. Define the annual promo calendar, based on shopper insights to maximize performance. Perform periodic analysis to understand results tailor the strategy. /li liDrive mix development initiatives to maximize Net Revenue Realization (NRR), acting as a category‑wide owner of mix levers across channels and departments. /li liOwn PPA initiatives, working together with sales, marketing commercialization, ensuring market‑fit and strategic relevance. /li liLead the AOP strategy algorithm, aligning short‑ and long‑term initiatives to deliver volume, revenue, and profitability targets. /li liCreate cross‑channel commercial policy, and define list prices for all SKUs, participating in the innovation gates. /li liPartner with Sales to co‑create commercially sound proposals, including multipacks, bonuspacks or IOs in order to boost volumes. /li liSupport the implementation adoption of RGM Digital tools (e.g., elasticity, ROI, Uplift models…). /li liAnticipate proactively the market changes, for analysis and decision making (VAT or Tax impacts, legislations, sustainability goals…) /li liMonitor and track implemented initiatives to obtain learnings insights to optimize and define future strategies. /li liEnsure cross‑functional alignment across Sales, Trade Marketing, Insights, Finance, Marketing, Category Management, and Commercialization. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 7 years experience in Revenue Management, Finance Planning, Insights, Commercial roles or similar. /li liExperience in the use of internal external databases (Nielsen, SAP…) /li liKnowledge of RGM finance KPIs (NR, MC, Elasticity, ROI…) preferred. /li liProactivity, ability to work in a cross‑functional environment and with collaboration spirit. /li liStrong Microsoft Office skills (Excel PowerPoint). /li liFluent in Spanish and English (advanced level). /li /ul h3Competencies Required /h3 ul liGood story telling and communication skills. /li liVery strong analytical skills high business knowledge as a broad perspective is needed to identify channel opportunities. /li liStrategic thinking.
