Through our Horizon 2030 strategy we're evolving into a more disciplined, high‑performing global Group — and we're looking for talented people who want to contribute to this long‑term strategic journey. /p h3Job Purpose /h3 pDeploy the Marketing and Communication strategies defined by EMEA (Building, Infrastructures, Industry segments) in the local market (Iberia) providing the right content and activities for our customers, reinforcing our brands and positioning ourselves as the preferred provider in their minds to ease the purchase decision. /p h3About the Role /h3 pCreate or adapt content and materials to support the relationship with our distributors and with installers, to ensure our products and solutions are the best purchasing option to satisfy their professional needs. /p pEnsure Aliaxis’ commercial brands presence in key industry events and trade fairs as key players to build our reputation aligned with our brand strategy and boost our solutions and product awareness among professional decision‑makers to leverage our sales. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProduct Launches and existing products support: Design and/or adapt (if EMEA‑driven products) the product marketing assets needed for their launch on the local market (technical documentations, packaging, content…). /li liCreate or adapt Sell‑in package for sales team and sell‑out campaign for the key audiences. /li liEnsure the effective internal deployment of launch materials, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring all relevant internal audiences have the appropriate assets and information to successfully support the product launch. /li liCollaborate with EMEA Marcoms teams to define Marcoms launch strategies and bring local market insights. Collaborate with Iberian Marketing teams (Trade, Digital, Product Managers, Sales) to deploy impactful activities. /li liContribute to launch campaigns analysis (KPIs). /li liAnnual Catalogues for all the segments and Export market: Lead the annual catalogue update process, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders and ensuring quality, accuracy and timely deliver. /li liCoordinate the design, content, production and distribution with EMEA team. /li liPropose and implement improvements of catalogues to better meet customer needs and enhance the user experience. /li liBrand consistency and content: Ensure consistency in the visual identity and proper implementation of the brands’ guidelines on the local market. Craft the best content to promote our solutions and services (videos, presentations, pictures, project case studies…) aligned with EMEA strategy for each product category, focused on getting the most significant impact on sales. /li liIndustry events and trade exhibitions: Design and produce the booth where we participate and adapt it to each event. /li liCoordinate product and solutions display and logistics to ensure the right availability. /li liCoordinate the design and production of the materials used during the event (videos, catalogue, leaflets…). /li liCoordinate different providers depending on the needs. /li liDesign and production of the booth, adapted to each event. /li liEnsure alignment on product and solutions display with the communication goals of the events exhibitions. /li liCoordinate the design and production of the materials used during the event (videos, catalogue, leaflets…). /li liCoordinate different external and internal suppliers. /li liWith the support of the event specialist, coordinate all the areas to make the most of our participation: event’s goals, people involved, materials needed, and results analysis. /li liSupport key customer events by coordinating the development and availability of marketing assets (brochures, catalogues, videos or other branded assets). /li /ul h3Experience And Knowledge /h3 ul liUniversity on Marketing, Communication, Business, or equivalent.
