You will collaborate with and support a Senior Language Culture Manager to deliver high-quality transcreation and voiceover projects across multiple markets. In the agency world, this role is often called a Transcreation Manager, but it encompasses much more! You will play an active, hands‑on role in ensuring seamless delivery of locally relevant, on‑brand creative copy while embracing innovative, AI‑first approaches. /p pWe are looking for someone passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work, brings strong project management skills, and thrives in a dynamic, highly collaborative environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libCoordinate /b and manage day‑to‑day transcreation, cultural consultation, copywriting, and voiceover projects across various global markets. /li libReceive /b and action incoming briefs, set up project timings, define costs, and assign tasks to external vendors and linguists. /li libTrack /b project budgets, status, and financial reporting accurately from brief to delivery. /li libMaintain /b and develop strong, positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and external linguists. /li libPerform /b quality checks, manage feedback and amendment requests, and handle administrative duties including purchase orders and invoicing. /li libContribute /b to team‑wide solutions and stay engaged with emerging localisation best practices and AI‑first technologies. /li /ul h3About You /h3 h3The essentials /h3 ul li3+ years of experience in translation, transcreation, and voiceover project management. /li liHands‑on experience with language service workflows, vendor management, and industry best practices. /li liBackground in localising marketing campaigns across multiple countries, channels, and media types. /li liExcellent organisational and multitasking abilities with close attention to detail. /li liSharp, clear, and confident communication skills. /li /ul h3Not a must, but a plus /h3 ul liPassion for or up‑to‑date knowledge of recent AI developments in translation, copywriting, and AI voiceover. /li liFamiliarity with CAT tools, Translation Management Systems (TMS), or project management software. /li liFluency or working knowledge of additional languages. /li liUnderstanding of digital production processes and cross‑functional adaptation workflows /li /ul pAt Monks, we believe in fostering an environment where a diversity of perspectives can thrive.
