ppWe are growing. Privacy and AI compliance has moved from a back office concern to a board level priority, and our clients are asking more of us because of it. Every week brings a new regulation, a new enforcement decision, or a new product launch that needs a privacy lens before it ships. /p pThis demand is an opportunity for us. We are building Lex Dinamica for what comes next in this work, and we are looking for the people who want to build it with us. /p pThis role is how we deliver privacy technology programmes to our global clients, including the German and French speaking accounts where local language is part of doing the work properly. /p h3The Work /h3 pLex Dinamica is a consulting firm that provides Privacy, AI and Risk solutions. Our advisory, technology and DPO services help clients address regulatory challenges worldwide and deliver compliance-driven value. /p pOur clients range from FTSE 100 companies and global multinationals to government contractors and high growth scale ups, and they come to us for advisory work, DPO support delivered as a service, AI governance, and privacy technology programmes including OneTrust, where we are a certified implementation partner. /p pThe Bilingual Analyst role sits at the centre of our privacy technology work. You will help configure, implement and operate the platforms that turn privacy strategy into something clients can actually run, with a strong focus on the German or French speaking accounts where local language is part of doing the work properly. /p h3The Role /h3 h3In this role, you will: /h3 ul liSupport the configuration and implementation of OneTrust and other privacy technology platforms /li liTranslate client privacy requirements into platform solutions /li liRun analysis on client data, programme metrics, and platform outputs to inform decisions /li liAct as a language point of contact for German or French speaking client engagements /li /ul pIn practice, that means working alongside our consultants to deliver privacy technology programmes from scoping through go live and into operations, and taking on real responsibility from your first weeks. /p pYou will configure and tailor the platforms our clients rely on. Data mapping, assessments, DSARs, consent and preferences, and the workflows that make them work end to end. You will not be expected to start as an expert. You will be expected to learn fast, ask good questions, and pick up the technical depth as you go. /p pYou will translate privacy requirements into platform decisions. When a client says they need to handle a data subject request in 28 days, you will be the person who works out what that means inside the tool, what configuration makes it real, and what the trade offs look like. /p pYou will bring an analytical lens to the work. Pulling data out of the platform, building views that help clients see what's happening across their privacy programme, and turning configuration outputs into something a head of privacy or a CISO can act on. /p pYou will be a language anchor for the team. When a German or French speaking client wants to work in their own language, review documentation in that language, or have technical content localised properly, you are the person who can join in on that work. /p pYou will contribute to how we work. Our privacy technology practice is growing, and the people who join now will help shape the methodologies, templates, and ways of working that we take to every future client. /p h3Who We're Looking For /h3 h3Must haves /h3 ul liZero to two years of experience in data privacy, information security, compliance, law, data analytics, or a related field. Recent graduates with a strong academic grounding are welcome to apply. /li liFluency in German or French in addition to English, to a level where you can run a working session, write a clear email, and review documentation in either language. /li liFamiliarity with OneTrust or a comparable privacy technology platform, or willingness to learn quickly with our support. We're happy to teach you. /li liStrong analytical and problem solving instincts, with proficiency in Excel for working with client data and platform outputs. /li liA genuine interest in privacy, AI governance, and the wider compliance technology space. You enjoy the intersection of regulation and technology and want to build a career there. /li liStrong written and verbal communication in English. You can explain a technical concept to a non technical client without losing them or oversimplifying. /li liA right to work in the UK or the EU. /li /ul h3Nice to haves /h3 ul liFluency in both German and French. This opens the widest range of client accounts to you. /li liHands on configuration experience with OneTrust modules such as Privacy Management, Consent and Preferences, Data Mapping, or Assessments. /li liFamiliarity with SQL or BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. /li liKnowledge of Python, R, or comparable data analysis tools. /li liA recognised privacy credential such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or the ability to start working towards one. /li liConsulting experience, whether at a professional services firm, a Big Four, or a privacy specialist firm. /li liWorking knowledge of GDPR, national data protection laws in French or German speaking jurisdictions (BDSG, CNIL guidance), and the broader regulatory landscape. /li liAdditional language capability beyond German, French, and English. /li liA relevant degree in a field such as Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Law, or similar. /li /ul h3About Lex Dinamica /h3 pLex Dinamica was built from day one to solve the problems that organisations face when data, regulation, technology and trust all have to hold together at once. That focus is what we are, and it is what we lead with from the first client conversation to the final deliverable. /p pHeadquartered in London and supported by delivery centres across the EU, US and India, we partner with clients from FTSE 100 companies and global multinationals to government contractors and high growth scale ups. Our work spans more than fifty jurisdictions and over one hundred and fifty delivered projects. Our founders came out of Big Four consulting. The firm they built deliberately keeps what works about that model, the rigour, the breadth, the client discipline, and strips out what does not, the layers, the politics, the pace. /p pWe are a firm of curious people, fast learners, and genuine team players. We are selective about who we hire, because the people already here are worth working alongside. /p h3Working With Us /h3 pThis is a remote or hybrid role, with the team based across the UK and EU. You can work from wherever in those regions makes sense for you, with occasional travel for team moments, client work, and partner meetings where being together adds something real. /p pWorking remotely with a specialist firm means more autonomy and more responsibility than the same role at a bigger employer. You will not be left alone, but you will be expected to manage your own time, communicate proactively, and treat your delivery as your own. In return, we will give you the work, the trust, and the room to grow. /p h3What we offer /h3 ul li26 days of annual leave, with the option to accrue additional days over time /li liFully remote working or a hybrid role with 2 days in our central London office /li /ul h3Our screening process /h3 pOur screening process assesses candidates' qualities, capabilities, experience, fit, vision, and ambition to ensure they align with our needs. We conduct comprehensive evaluations and in-depth interviews to identify top talent. /p pThe data you provide us with will be processed exclusively for recruitment purposes and assessing your application against our requirements. You may withdraw your application at any time by getting in touch with a member of our team, via LinkedIn or the contact details found on our website. You may ask us to keep your information on file for any future opportunities. /p pLex Dinamica is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, which means we are committed to creating and celebrating diverse thoughts, cultures, and backgrounds throughout our organisation. Employment at Lex Dinamica is based on substantive ability, objective qualifications, and work ethic, not an individual's background, religion, sex or gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin or ancestry, alienage or citizenship status, physical or mental disability, pregnancy, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, status as a victim of domestic violence or sex offenses, reproductive health decision, or any other characteristics protected by applicable law. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
