This role focuses on enhancing visibility, analysis, and operational support across project governance, demand and capacity tracking, and resource allocation processes. /ph3Role Impact /h3ulliEnsures accuracy, consistency, and reliability of delivery and capacity data across the organization /liliEnables improved decision‑making across Sales, Delivery, and Resource Management functions /liliContributes to the establishment of a standardized SAP PS Project Management Office (PMO) framework /li /ulh3Key Responsibilities /h3ollibProject Governance Support /bulliSupport tracking and reporting across active projects /liliMaintain and enhance governance dashboards and reporting tools /liliMonitor project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies in coordination with Project Managers /liliEnsure consistency and accuracy of project status information /li /ul /lilibDemand and Capacity Data Management /bulliConsolidate pipeline and active workload data /liliSupport capacity tracking and utilization reporting /liliEnsure high data quality for forecasting and planning activities /liliIdentify and resolve inconsistencies or gaps in demand and capacity data /li /ul /lilibResource Management Support /bulliSupport resource allocation processes under the guidance of the Delivery Enablement Lead /liliMaintain visibility of staffing assignments across projects /liliTrack allocation conflicts and elevate capacity constraints when required /liliHelp ensure alignment between available skills and project requirements /li /ul /lilibCross‑Functional Coordination /bulliFacilitate coordination between Sales, CSL, and Delivery teams /liliPrepare materials for feasibility reviews and governance forums /liliEnsure timely and structured communication across stakeholders /liliSupport documentation and tracking of capacity risks and constraints /li /ul /li /olh3Key Interfaces /h3ulliDelivery Enablement Lead /liliProject Managers /liliDelivery Managers /liliSales and Pre‑Sales Teams /liliCustomer Success Leads (CSL) /liliMarket Leads /li /ulh3Skills and Experience Required /h3ulliExperience as a consultant and/or analyst in PMO, Project Management, Program Management, Consulting, or Operations /liliStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail /liliProficiency in data handling, reporting, and Excel, PowerBI or reporting tools /liliAbility to work within structured, process‑driven environments /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /liliExperience in an SAP or IT consulting environment is an advantage /liliExperience in managing dynamic environments and dealing with resistance to change /liliKnowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheet (the company’s primary tool) and MS Project /liliExperience / knowledge of Human Capital Management software is a plus /liliAble to navigate complex organizational structures and influence cross‑functional stakeholders /liliTranslates complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations /liliWorks independently with strong accountability /liliHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable /liliBalances adherence to structured processes with continuous improvement /liliCollaborative team player supporting a central governance function /li /ulh3Education /h3pBachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field (or equivalent).
