Your primary focus will be to proactively identify, engage, and qualify new prospects through strategic outbound initiatives. This role is designed for a hunter who is motivated by the challenge of creating new opportunities and building a foundational step for a successful career in sales at a globally impactful company. /p pWe are looking for a curious, resilient, and outgoing individual who is eager to master the art of outbound sales development. /p pbKey Responsibilities: /b /p pbOutbound Prospecting Strategy /b /p ul liIdentify and research target companies and key decision-makers within our ideal customer profile (ICP) across retail, fashion, and manufacturing sectors. /li liDevelop a deep understanding of target verticals to tailor messaging to specific industry pain points. /li liUtilize sales intelligence tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, CRM) to build accurate and targeted contact lists. /li /ul pbMulti-Channel Outreach Engagement /b /p ul liDesign and execute a strategic, multi-touch outreach campaign across email, phone, and social channels to generate new conversations. /li liCraft compelling, personalized messaging that articulates QIMA’s value proposition and addresses prospect challenges. /li liPersistently follow up with prospects to break through noise and secure initial meetings. /li /ul pbLead Qualification Scheduling /b /p ul liConduct initial discovery calls to qualify prospects based on strategic fit, budget, authority, need, and timeline. /li liAccurately document qualification criteria and next steps in the CRM. /li liSchedule and hand off well-qualified meetings and opportunities to Business Development Managers. /li /ul pbCRM Data Management /b /p ul liMeticulously maintain all prospect information, communication history, and lead status in the CRM. /li liEnsure data integrity to support accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and analytics. /li liWork closely with Business Development Managers and Marketing to refine targeting and messaging based on results and feedback. /li liServe as a voice of the customer, providing insights on market trends and competitive intelligence gathered from prospecting activities. /li /ul pbChampion an AI-first mindset /b /p ul liPromote the use of AI tools and technologies in day-to-day operations. /li liEncourage experimentation and adoption of AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, strengthen processes, and elevate service quality. /li /ul pbWhat Success Looks Like: /b /p ul liConsistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities generated. /li liHigh activity volume (calls, emails) and positive engagement rates. /li liA clean, accurate, and actionable outbound pipeline. /li liPositive feedback from internal team members on the quality of opportunities generated. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbRequirements: /b /p pbMust-Have /b /p ul li5+ years of experience in a B2B outbound sales or business development role. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
