You participate in the team’s decision through Requests For Comments (RFCs) that you write yourself or read others’. /liliYou will be bstronginvolved in customer calls /strong /b to learn about their pains needs. /liliYou will bstrongreview code daily /strong /b and get feedback on your code at every pull request, from all team members, including juniors. /liliYou will bstronglearn from the entire team /strong /b , both on technical topics (performance, architecture…) and core skills, in an environment driven by engineering quality.
