We are looking for a Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across Spain, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver timely, high‑quality hiring outcomes in these key regions. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Delivery • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across Spain, from role briefing to offer acceptance, • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, timelines and interview processes, • Source, screen and assess candidates using a variety of channels, • Coordinate interviews, feedback and offer processes efficiently and professionally, • Ensure an inclusive, consistent and positive candidate experience Stakeholder Management • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and local People teams across Spain, • Provide regular updates on pipeline status, challenges and regional market conditions, • Support hiring managers with interview best practices and decision making ATS & Process Management • Manage and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (Pinpoint), • Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with internal policies and local/regional requirements. Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and regional ways of working, • Track recruitment activity and support reporting requirements, • Collaborate with Senior Recruitment Partners on complex or senior roles, • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives in Spain as needed Skills, Knowledge & Expertise • Experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, • Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment, • Experience recruiting across EU markets is a plus, • Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools, • Fluent in business English and Spanish. Catalan is a plus.
