For more information, visit /p h3Purpose of the Role /h3 pThe Learning Development Intern will support the activation and coordination of FY27 learning priorities across Europe, ensuring approved internal, external, LinkedIn Learning and Workday Learning initiatives are organized, communicated, launched and tracked effectively. The role exists to help translate identified training needs into a practical FY27 training calendar, create engaging learning campaigns, maintain the Development WeBlend page and provide first‑line support for LD process and policy questions. /p h3Key Roles Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild and own the FY27 Europe Training Calendar: consolidate approved learning initiatives by function, audience, owner, timing, delivery format and expected outcome; maintain a clear calendar to support prioritization, visibility and execution discipline. /li liSupport implementation of external LD initiatives: coordinate logistics for approved FY27 trainings, including vendor follow‑up, participant lists, invitations, scheduling, attendance tracking, materials, evaluation surveys and completion reporting. /li liSupport implementation of internal LD initiatives: help design and launch LinkedIn Learning and Workday Learning campaigns, including initial focus areas such as onboarding, Finance for non‑Finance, AI/Copilot, project management, leadership and functional capability building. /li liCreate and maintain the Development WeBlend page: ensure the page is up to date, user‑friendly and aligned with the FY27 learning offer, including calendars, learning pathways, resources, campaign links and FAQs. /li liAct as an LD coordination point of contact: respond to routine questions on LD processes, learning platforms, training enrollment and policy guidance, escalating complex matters to the Europe Talent, OD and DIBE Manager. /li liTrack progress and impact: maintain trackers for participation, completion, feedback, costs where relevant and key learning metrics to support regular updates to the People team and business stakeholders. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, Communications, or a related field. /li liTo be eligible for the position, it is required that a formal internship agreement can be arranged with your university / school. /li liNo professional experience required, but previous internship, part‑time work, volunteer experience, or university projects are desirable. /li liExperience using Microsoft 365, Excel trackers, PowerPoint, SharePoint or similar collaboration tools. /li liExposure to LinkedIn Learning, Workday Learning, LMS platforms, learning campaigns or internal communications is a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
