This exciting opportunity will allow you to understand and actively participate in key aspects of fragrance development. /p pOur teams work across a wide range of consumer products, including Beauty Personal Care, Laundry, and Household products, with a strong focus on the Spanish, African, and Middle Eastern markets. /p pThis is a unique learning opportunity for a motivated and curious individual interested in developing a career in fragrances and olfaction while acquiring new skills in a multinational environment. /p pExpected start date is as soon as possible. Please note that it is mandatory to be able to sign an internship agreement with your university. /p h3Supporting Fragrance Project Management /h3 ul liReceive and interpret customer briefs. /li liPreparing and participating in project evaluation sessions /li liParticipate in the selection and olfactory evaluation of the appropriate perfumes. /li liMonitor and evaluate creative work /li liCoordinate actions between the members of the project team in Spain and abroad. /li liOrganization of internal tests /li liConvey the olfactory idea of the fragrance(s) to the relevant contacts. /li /ul h3Supporting Fragrance Library Management /h3 ul liIntroduction to project management - Fragrance Library /li liManagement of the collection, commercial description of perfumes. /li liParticipate in the enrichment of the fragrance library. /li liSupporting in the Analysis of Market Trends, in collaboration with Marketing. /li liProcessing incoming market products. /li liOrganizing market sample fragrance evaluation sessions. /liliFollowing up on evaluation sessions: recording information, database updating, preparing olfactory mappings and other related documents for distribution within the company. /li /ul h3About you /h3 ul liPerfume culture (key dates, genealogy of raw materials, archetypes, etc.) /li liKnowledge of key market products, brands, and olfactory trends. /li liExcellent olfactory skills. /li liComputer literate. /li liGood time management for working on multiple projects. /li liGood communication and problem‑solving skills. /li liTakes initiative and attention to detail. /li liFluent in English; Spanish a plus (spoken, written). /li /ul h3Our offer /h3 pAt Symrise, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and enjoy inspiring experiences that contribute to the well‑being of millions of people across more than 160 countries.
