ph3About the Role /h3 pThis is more than a first job in contract management — it is the entry point to a long‑term career path within our Cybersecurity (CYS) organization. As a Junior Contract Manager, you will support accountable carve‑outs and master the contractual challenges that arise at every stage of complex cybersecurity engagements, working side by side with Legal Counsel, Project Management, Procurement, and our cybersecurity experts. /p pWe are deliberately hiring at a junior level with the intention of developing this role internally toward a specialist contract management position over the coming years. You will be paired with experienced mentors, exposed to high‑stakes negotiations from day one, and given a clear development plan with concrete milestones to grow into an advanced or expert contributor. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liContract analysis advice — Review business opportunities, contracts, and contract‑related documents for cybersecurity services, software, and hardware. Provide proactive, well‑reasoned input to internal stakeholders. /li liNegotiation support — Participate in contract negotiations with customers, sub‑suppliers, and partners. Contribute to negotiation strategy and learn drafting and closing techniques across successive contract rounds. /li liCarve‑out execution — Support the migration and transition of existing cybersecurity contracts in the context of carve‑out projects, ensuring continuity of service and contractual integrity. /li liCybersecurity compliance — Check that contracts incorporate the appropriate cybersecurity provisions and that execution complies with internal guidelines, processes, and applicable external regulations. /li liRisk claim management — Help identify contractual and cybersecurity‑related risks, propose mitigation strategies, and contribute to the development and ongoing review of the claim strategy with project management. /li liStakeholder coordination — Work closely with Legal, Finance, Compliance, Procurement, and the cybersecurity teams. Facilitate clear communication and timely resolution of contract issues. /li liInsights standardization — Bring together data from multiple internal sources, prepare presentations and analyses, and contribute to the standardization of contracts and the continuous improvement of our contract management processes. /li /ul h3Must‑haves /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical discipline. Business Administration is also likely for the role. /li li1–3 years of experience in Contract Management, Sales, Project Handling, or a Legal function within an industrial, IT, or cybersecurity business — internships and working‑student experience count. /li liGenuine interest in IT and/or cybersecurity contracts and the willingness to build deep expertise in this domain. /li liStrong analytical thinking: ability to identify and define problems, extract key information from data, and develop workable solutions. /li liSolid communication and stakeholder skills — comfortable engaging with legal, technical, and commercial counterparts. /li liVery good command of English (working language).
