You will build and sustain relationships with clients in a designated area, supporting our mission to provide top‑tier solutions in the life sciences field (Flow Cytometry). This role is vital as you will play a key part in grasping client needs, promoting our innovative services, and ensuring client happiness and dedication. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients. /li liOperate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers. /li liClearly communicate the value proposition of Augusta Life Sciences' services to clients. /li liIdentify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing accounts and through proactive prospecting efforts. /li liNegotiate contracts and close agreements to improve profits. /li liCollaborate with internal teams (scientific, operations, marketing) to ensure successful project delivery and client happiness. /li liPrepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and client feedback. /li liStay up‑to‑date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors. /li liAttend industry conferences and events to network with professionals and represent Augusta Life Sciences. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in a life science field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy) or equivalent experience. /li liProven professional background as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or a related role, ideally in the life sciences, laboratory field.
