This role is vital for grasping client needs, promoting our innovative services, and ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients. /liliOperate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers. /liliClearly communicate the value proposition of Augusta Life Sciences’ services to clients. /liliIdentify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing accounts and through proactive prospecting efforts. /liliNegotiate contracts and close agreements to improve profits. /liliCollaborate with internal teams (scientific, operations, marketing) to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. /liliPrepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and client feedback. /liliStay up‑to‑date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors. /liliAttend industry conferences and events to network with professionals and represent Augusta Life Sciences. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in a life science field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy) or equivalent experience. /liliProven professional background as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or a related role, ideally in the life sciences or laboratory field. /liliExperience with Flow Cytometry is a plus. /liliFluent English language skills. /liliProficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. /liliLocation: Valencia or Sevilla. /liliSalary range for this role: €45,000 - €53,000. /li /ulpEqual Opportunity Employer.
